Describe yourself in three words:
Happy, Honest, Loyal

When did you start in the field of dentistry and why?
I finished school in 2004 in London, Ontario and moved to Alberta shortly after that. I always knew I wanted to have a career in the medical field. I chose dentistry to help patients overcome their dental fears by offering a smiling, caring, gentle hand. Also the human body is disgusting:)
What is something you’ve done that you are very proud of?
There are many things in life I’m proud of. One thing that reflects my hard work is purchasing and owning my home! It is beautiful because it’s mine and it keeps me very busy!
What’s the best advice you’ve ever received?
I would cringe growing up, constantly hearing my mother repeat this for every situation. Words of wisdom I have chose to live my life by are:  “Change the things you can and leave the rest alone.” Focus on things that matter. Save your energy for things within your control and if it’s not, let it go. Say what you mean and mean what you say.
