Dental Insurance & Fee Information

At Oasis Family Dental Centre, we are committed to providing you with the highest standard of dental care. Our treatment recommendations are based on your individual needs, and not on the limitations of your dental benefits. We proudly offer direct billing to most insurance companies and follow the current year Alberta Dental Association & College Fee Guide to ensure transparent, fair, and consistent pricing.

As a courtesy to patients with dental benefits, we accept assignment of benefits when permitted by the subscriber. This allows eligible benefit payments to be sent directly to our office. Most insurance claims are submitted electronically, and any remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.

Please note that some benefit plans do not allow direct payment to the dental office and instead reimburse the subscriber directly. In these cases, full payment for dental services is required on the day of treatment.

For your convenience, we accept Debit, E-Transfer, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

As a courtesy, our team is happy to submit estimates to your insurance provider to help you understand your coverage and make informed decisions that support both your oral health and your budget. Please note that most dental benefit plans are designed to cover basic, preventive care on an annual basis. When more extensive treatment is required, your plan may require a co-payment.

We kindly remind all patients that they are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of insurance coverage.
