What inspired you to work in dentistry?
I started my career in dentistry in 2014 as a dental assistant. I’ve always enjoyed working with people, and that role gave me a strong foundation in patient care and clinical support. In 2016, I transitioned into dental administration, where I found a real passion for helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and supported through every part of their visit.

What do you enjoy most about your role at Oasis Family Dental?
Since joining Oasis in 2018, I’ve grown from administrative assistant to hygiene coordinator, then to lead admin, and now office manager. What I love most is the chance to work closely with both our team and our patients. It’s important to me that every patient receives great care and that our office runs smoothly and efficiently.

What are your strengths or specialties in your role?
My background as both a dental assistant and administrator allows me to support our team with a well-rounded understanding of clinical and front office needs. I’m organized, solutions-focused, and genuinely care about creating a positive experience for our patients and our team alike.

What do you do outside of work?
I’m happiest when I’m working on home renovation projects—whether I’m refreshing a room, tackling a remodel, or starting from scratch, I love bringing new life to a space. I also enjoy spending time with my family, including my three daughters and our two dogs, Miley and Joey.

What is your favorite quote, motto or something that motivates you?
I believe in showing up, staying curious, and continuously improving—both professionally and personally.

Anything else you’d like patients to know about you?
I’m originally from the East Coast and bring a little of that warmth and friendliness with me every day. Whether you’re visiting for the first time or have been with us for years, I want every patient to feel welcomed, valued, and well cared for.
